Ed Drosdick serves as the firm Director of Transaction Services Group. He previously served as Chair of SEC / Corporate Finance Group and the Technology and Life Sciences Practice. Ed has over 40 years of public accounting experience including auditing, regulatory matters, and general business and management issues. His experience with SEC filings includes registration statements for initial public offerings, annual reports, and consultation on unusual transactions. Ed advises public and private companies on corporate finance alternatives including public equity offerings, private debt and equity offerings, business combinations, restructurings, MBOs, LBOs, option accounting, recapitalizations, venture capital transactions, and roll-up transactions. He has international experience in Europe, India, Asia, and Mexico. Ed has served as chair of Washington’s Securities Advisory Committee. Currently, he is a financial advisor to the Board of the Benaroya Research Institute. In 2008 and 2009, Ed served as chair of the Washington Biotechnology and Biomedical Association’s Invest Northwest Investor and CEO Forum and in 2009, Ed has facilitated panels of company executives as well as private equity firms for the ACG Northwest Growth Financing Conference.

Mr. Fay joined Key Principal Partners with Mr. Sinnenberg as a co-founder and Manager of Key Mezzanine Capital Fund I, L.P. Mr. Fay manages the San Francisco, CA office of Key Principal Partners. From 1995 to 1998, he worked at PMI Mezzanine fund, L.P., a $260 million junior capital fund, where he was responsible for determining the inherent risk and viability of prospective mezzanine and common equity investments. Prior thereto, Mr. Fay was with The Barclays Group, where he was Associate Director in BZW’s Mezzanine Group and Corporate Finance Group. Mr. Fay began his career as a junior economist at The Federal Reserve Bank. From there Mr. Fay worked in various leveraged lending functions for Republic Bancorp and Standard Chartered Bank PLC. Mr. Fay received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas.

CHASE
Curtis Fraser is the President of the Middle Market banking group for the state of Washington. He provides accomplished local leadership and financial solutions to companies with revenues between $10 million and $500 million.He has 18 years of banking experience, all of it with Chase and its predecessor organizations.
Curt was formerly the Market Manager for three regions in Wisconsin, before becoming the Market President to lead the state of Washington in May 2009.
Curt began his career at American National Bank, a legacy organization, as an analyst in their credit training program and soon became a commercial banker serving the Chicago and Milwaukee markets. In 2001, Curt became the Division Manager for Waukesha, Wisconsin, and progressed to the level of Market Manager in 2005. In addition to Waukesha, his responsibilities were expanded to include management of the Racine, Appleton and Green Bay markets.
Curt serves on the Board of Trustees for the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce. He is on the Board of Directors for Global Partnerships, a Seattle based not-for-profit. He has also helped lead several short-term mission trips to rural villages in Central America to support clean water, health and education initiatives.
Curt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa.
Curt resides in Seattle with his wife and three children.

Sally Jewell is president and CEO of REI, a national retail cooperative providing quality gear and clothing for active outdoor activities. Mr. James E. Glassman is a Managing Director and Senior Economist with JP Morgan Chase & Co. He works closely with the firm’s chief investment officer, commercial banking, investment banking, and government relations groups. He publishes independent research on the principal forces shaping the economy and financial markets. Mr. Glassman’s views are widely cited in the financial media, where he is a frequent commentator on economic policy issues. From 1979 through 1988, Mr. Glassman served in a number of areas in research divisions at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington D.C. He joined the JPMorgan Chase & Co. family in 1988. Mr. Glassman earned a bachelors degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, Illinois. Subsequently, he was awarded a Ph.D. in economics from Northwestern University.
Bryce is a managing director in the Pacific Northwest offices of McGladrey and a partner with McGladrey & Pullen, LLP. Bryce has been in the public accounting field for over 30 years. Bryce’s practice provides services to a wide variety of clients including seafood/maritime, private equity, construction, manufacturing, and services to high net worth individuals, professionals and business owners.

Emory Thomas, Jr. is publisher of the Puget Sound Business Journal, named by the Society of American Business Editors and Writers as one of the top business weeklies in the country. Thomas served as editor of the newspaper for two years before becoming publisher in April 2006. Prior to joining the Business Journal, Thomas served as a business journalist in both the print and online arenas, and as a publishing entrepreneur, as well. His career includes tenures at The Wall Street Journal, MSNBC at its launch, and as an editor at MSN Money, Microsoft’s leading financial Web site. While at MSNBC, Thomas did regular on-air segments with CNBC. He also co-founded two small publishing companies and served as vice president for Business.com. Early in his career, Thomas joined the Atlanta Business Chronicle, where he twice won national recognition for a Gerald Loeb Award for Distinguished Business and Financial Journalism. He lives in Seattle with his wife, Laura, and their two children.
